Available from Raybaudi Editore. Having already written a book on this subject in 1992 (sold out), the authors received appeals for them to complete the study of R.S.I. stamps and catalogue the postal history behind them. After several years of study, the authors finally managed to gather sufficient information and documents to publish a catalogue that includes not only descriptions of local print runs but also of post office marks used in different localities, the areas where their use was rarest, as well as rates both for domestic and international mail. Once again, the landscape format was chosen so that the ables would fit into a single page and, without sacrificing the legibility of the text, facilitate easy consultation by the reader.
